What is Bite-Sized Buzz all about anyway?
Welcome to Bite-Sized Buzz (formerly Shortstack)
What started as a creative outlet to showcase my short stories and poetry has grown into something more meaningful. After the 2024 presidential election, I realized I needed a space not only to express my creativity but also to channel my frustrations and insights about our increasingly fraught political landscape.
To say I was disappointed in the election results would be a massive understatement. The choice to elect a convicted felon and serial assaulter over an accomplished, intelligent, and highly qualified Black woman for the presidency left me, like so many others, shaken and deeply frustrated. Bite-Sized Buzz has become my way of processing this reality—a cathartic space for political rants, creative expression, and everything in between.
My hope is that through my short stories, essays, poetry, and political commentary, I can offer you a little light, a lot of truth, and maybe even a moment of escape from the madness.
