Just days after the election, Google Trends revealed that two of the top searches were “How to change my vote?” and “What are tariffs?” My reaction? Too little, too late. Voting is not a returnable transaction.
But it begs the question: why weren’t these topics researched before stepping into the voting booth? Was it apathy? Ignorance? Or a mix of both? This highlights the critical need for voters to educate themselves thoroughly about the candidates.
Before you cast your ballot, take the time to understand where each candidate stands on key issues like healthcare, education, the economy, and foreign policy—because an informed vote is a powerful one.
That’s all for today.
My thoughts exactly! It’s hard to see how they could have missed J6. SMH
